Thank you for this video. I am currently training but working remotely doing just general notary work. I want to start on loan signinings but wasn't sure how often the signer will require documents be printed out and mailed? With loan signings are you often printing documents and mailing them or can you just send the documents digitally? or are you mobile?

I can relate to you. I went back to work for corporate America in 2022. I just had a daughter that has special needs and I had to part ways with my job. I am trying to pick up the business again and bring some funds while still being home and taking care of my daughter.

Looking for a video like this. About to buy the dual tray printer and supplies (?)Feel overwhelmed with the knowledge to recall in the start with all the costs E&O Insurance and then investing in a scanner. Want to try it part time to see if I like it, but yes, the expenses concern me with the printing/toner. Is 2 signings at the most per day enough? I am even aiming for just beginners pay and number of signings I get is manageable as a single parent. I'm glad you said it was tough. Just about every You Tuber, acts like this is very easy.

Omg…it was not good. I was left with so many questions. Was Kal’s childhood friend Jenna in on it? Was Zyair in on it? How did Mea just randomly see Hydie in DR? Whose skull and bone fragments were on the painting? It was so disappointing. The storyline is something we’ve seen from him before and the ending seemed rushed and lazy

Yes! It’s definitely ChatGPT trash. I knew the mother didn’t have cancer. The mother was disrespectful from the first word she said. There was too many unnecessary sex scenes. The brother being the villain was predictable. The husband being a simp was predictable. The sister in law sleeping with the artist came out of nowhere. It was an all around NO for me. Kelly’s and Wardrobe were the stars of the movie.

yessss!! i did an LLC and wow the fees to keep up with it. i did one signing!! and wasted so much $$. Now im pregnant so im not comfortable going to other peoples houses and i do not have stable daycare for my son. so i have to put off the notary signing and focus on general work.

I get a lot of signings on Snapdocs.

I live in maryland and until I can pass this God for saking test I can't do loan signings However, can you do a video like this for general notary work. I need to make a few bucks asap
